FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I own the content, and can I use it in paid ads?

Yes. Every campaign defines your usage rights in writing before anyone films: how long you can use the content, which platforms, and whether it covers paid ads and whitelisting. Nothing is left ambiguous to sort out after delivery.

Can a creator make the same content for a competitor?

That's your call. Each campaign sets exclusivity up front, so you can keep it non-exclusive or lock a creator out of competing brands for a defined period and category. You always know the terms before you commit.

Can I edit the content, and do I get the raw files?

Yes. You get the final videos to post and edit (captions, music, crop, cuts), and raw footage can be included in the deliverables when you need it. It's agreed in the brief, so there are no surprises later.

How much does a campaign cost?

You set the budget and the deliverables, and every campaign has a fixed rate you approve before it starts. Price scales with what you ask for: number of videos, usage rights, and exclusivity, all clear before you commit.

Do I need to send product to the creators?

Usually, yes. Most UGC has the creator using and filming your product, so shipping is arranged as part of the campaign and factored into the timeline before filming begins.

Do the creators need a big following?

No. UGC isn't influencer marketing. You're paying for content you own and run yourself, not a post to someone's audience, so creators are chosen for how well they make content for your brand, not their follower count.

What if the content isn't right?

I check every deliverable against your brief before it reaches you, and you approve the final content before the creator is paid in full. Revisions are built in, so you only run content you're happy with.
